This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all customers’ needs are met while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and be able to work independently and as part of a team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and expand sales/profits• Ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly at all times by supervising staff, training staff members, scheduling shifts, ordering supplies, developing menus, monitoring food quality and setting prices for items on the menu• Overseeing day-to-day operations such as budgeting, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory records and resolving customer complaints• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations and other applicable laws and regulations.• Handling payroll duties such as calculating wages for staff members according to hours worked.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in hospitality management preferred• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (restaurant management/supervision)• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal communication and problem solving abilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a teamThis job has no reviews yet.
