Retail Area Manager

SELECTED is delighted to be recruiting for an Area Retail Manager on behalf of a leading Padel Tennis brand, based in Dubai.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing business at the forefront of the Padel Tennis industry, with a strong retail presence across the UAE, GCC and international markets.The role will take ownership of 6 retail locations driving performance, elevating the customer experience and ensuring operational excellence across the network.Key responsibilitiesOversee the day to day operations of 6 retail stores across the UAEDrive sales performance and ensure stores consistently meet and exceed targetsLead, coach and develop store teams to deliver a premium customer experienceMonitor KPIs, analyse performance and implement strategies to improve resultsEnsure brand standards are maintained across all locationsWork closely with senior leadership on retail strategy and expansion plansManage stock, merchandising and visual presentation across storesIdentify opportunities to grow both in store and eCommerce revenueRequirementsProven experience in a multi site retail management roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teamsCommercially driven with a track record of delivering resultsExperience within sports, lifestyle or retail brands is highly advantageousStrong understanding of retail operations, KPIs and customer experienceBased in Dubai or open to relocatingThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to step into a high impact role within a growing and exciting sector.If you would be open to a confidential discussion, please get in touch directly or apply via LinkedIn.#J-18808-Ljbffr
