Retail Sales Executive - Fitness & Nutrition

As a Retail Sales Executive specializing in Fitness and Nutrition products you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of health and wellness products to customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs providing product knowledge and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Shift: 7am to 3pm (1 day in a week it will be 10am to 9pm) 1 day off.Location: Madar SharjahJob Type: Full TimeJob Description:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.Assess customer needs and provide personalized recommendations based on fitness and nutrition goals.Stay informed about the features benefits and uses of various fitness and nutrition products.Demonstrate a deep understanding of nutritional supplements fitness equipment and related merchandise.Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and closing sales.Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.Educate customers on the benefits of different fitness and nutrition products.Provide guidance on product usage proper nutrition and fitness routines.Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing product display area.Ensure that product information and pricing are accurate and up-to-date.Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the management team.Handle customer inquiries concerns and returns professionally and efficiently.Resolve customer issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and market developments.Actively engage in marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.Qualifications:Proven experience in retail sales preferably in the fitness and nutrition industry.Knowledge of health and wellness products including supplements fitness equipment and related items.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.Basic computer skills for processing transactions and maintaining customer records.Bachelors degree or equivalent.Best WishesBasic monthly salary: 4500 AEDPotential to earn CommissionVisa SponsorshipMedical InsuranceAnnual Travel TicketsFree gym accessDiscounts on supplements etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
