Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and reporting to Cluster Director of Revenue.In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our revenue strategies and supporting the overall financial performance of our cluster of 7 hotels, namely Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residence, Novotel & Ibis Creekside Dubai, Novotel Suites, and Ibis Mall Avenue, Ibis Al Rigga.Assist in daily pricing and inventory management for multiple propertiesAnalyze market trends and demand patterns to develop short, medium, and long-term revenue strategiesSupport the evaluation of group inquiries and provide quotations aligned with brand and property strategiesContribute to maximizing room revenues and RevPAR, aiming to achieve RGI targetsAssist in preparing room revenue forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with General Managers and the Director of Sales and MarketingParticipate in Revenue Meetings, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize resultsSupport the preparation and analysis of End of Month performance reportsCollaborate with Revenue Manager, General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing to maximize revenue across the hotelMonitor competitive set pricing and market conditions to recommend strategic adjustmentsReporting to the Cluster Director of RevenueQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in a revenue-focused role within the hospitality industryDemonstrated history of consistently meeting performance targetsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trendsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelSolid understanding of revenue management principles and practicesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence key stakeholders remotelyDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsGoal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targetsKnowledge of Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS is advantageousMulti-property experience is a plusAdditional Information:Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
