<div><p>Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 02/05/2026</p><p>Part-Time Revenue Manager – Holiday Homes (Dubai)</p><p>Luxury Space Vacation Home Rentals L.L.C.</p><p>We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands‑on Revenue Manager with experience in holiday homes, serviced apartments, or the hospitality sector in the UAE.</p><p>This is a part‑time (approx. 10 hours per week), flexible role ideal for a professional who understands short‑term rental dynamics (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) and can actively optimize pricing, occupancy, and overall revenue performance across our growing portfolio of premium apartments (currently around 10 units) in Dubai.</p><p>The successful candidate will play a key role in maximizing ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and total revenue through data‑driven pricing, demand forecasting, and smart distribution strategies.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and implement dynamic pricing and yield strategies across Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms</li><li>Manage and optimize PriceLabs to automate and fine‑tune pricing strategies</li><li>Monitor daily occupancy, pick‑up pace, booking trends, cancellations, and competitor pricing (compset) within the Dubai market</li><li>Adjust minimum stay rules, discounts, and promotions based on demand, seasonality, and major UAE events (Eid, New Year, exhibitions, etc.)</li><li>Optimize listing performance through ranking, visibility, conversion rate and pricing alignment</li><li>Coordinate with marketing to launch special offers, last‑minute deals, and long‑stay discounts</li><li>Provide weekly performance reports including ADR, RevPAR, occupancy rate, and forward‑looking forecast</li><li>Identify opportunities to increase revenue per unit and overall portfolio profitability</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong)</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years experience in Revenue Management within UAE hospitality OR short‑term rental / holiday homes sector</li><li>Strong understanding of Dubai market demand patterns, seasonality, and key events</li><li>Proven experience using PriceLabs or similar RMS tools</li><li>Familiar with Airbnb&Booking.com extranet, rate strategies, and ranking algorithms</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take action</li><li>Professional fluency in English (spoken and written)</li></ul><h3>Working Structure</h3><ul><li>Part‑time (approx. 10 hours per week)</li><li>Remote‑friendly (Dubai‑based preferred)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
