Job Description

<p>This is a full-timerole for a<strong>SaaS Client Relationship Manager,</strong>you will manageand grow relationships with SaaS customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion. Actas a strategic partner aligning client goals with platform capabilities. Drive adoption, renewals, and long-term value across assigned accounts.</p><p>Location:<strong>Remote</strong></p><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>3–7 years in SaaS account management, customer success, or client relationship roles</li><li>Strong understanding of SaaS subscription and revenue models</li><li>Experience managing mid-market or enterprise clients</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Proven ability to drive renewals and expansion revenue</li><li>Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability</li><li>Experience collaborating with technical and product teams</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients</li><li>Drive product adoption, customer health, and retention</li><li>Lead renewals and identify churn risks with mitigation plans</li><li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Sales</li><li>Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth implementation</li><li>Track KPIsand prepare client performance reports</li></ul><h3>Must Have</h3><ul><li>Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Experience driving SaaS adoption, retention, and renewals</li><li>Ability to identify expansion and growth opportunities</li><li>Excellentpresentation and communication skills</li></ul><h3>Nice to have</h3><ul><li>Experience conducting QBRs or executive business reviews</li><li>Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms</li><li>Experience in B2B SaaS environments</li><li>Understanding of churn prevention strategies</li><li>Experience supportingonboarding and implementation processes</li></ul><h3>What's great in the job?</h3><ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing, innovative company</li><li>Play a key role in shaping the future of the company by expanding our client base</li><li>Potential for career progression into senior business development or sales management roles</li><li>Collaborative and dynamic work environment</li></ul>#J-18808-Ljbffr
