Safety Manager

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Safety Manager to ensure all health and safety protocols are implemented and maintained on our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in site safety practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures on‑siteEnsure compliance with local health and safety regulations and standardsConduct risk assessments and recommend preventive measuresLead incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actionsProvide safety training and induction to workers and subcontractorsMonitor and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Conduct regular site inspections and auditsCoordinate with project managers and site supervisors to resolve safety issuesMaintain accurate documentation of safety records and incidentsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager on construction sitesIn‑depth knowledge of construction safety standards and best practicesCertification in Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is preferredStrong communication and leadership skillsProficient in report writing and documentationAbility to work proactively and independently#J-18808-Ljbffr
