Job TitleJob DescriptionMandatory requirement: Emirati national only holding Family Book and registered/ able to register in NAFISJob title: As a Sales Analytics Specialist for Philips Health Systems, you will be supporting the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa Sales team in building best in class sales strategies and analyzing current work flows and change management programs to improve customer experience. In partnership with senior leadership, you will drive accountability and building client relationship through cross-company data and metrics.Your role:Run Daily and Weekly Management on OIT and relevant KPIsAnalyze actual performance metrics and provide feedback and improvement suggestions to sales leadershipProvide funnel analysis for monthly and quarterly business plansPartner with sales leadership to develop an accurate forecast that will enable the company to achieve its goalsPartner with the sales team to improve NPSAct as a liaison (for order booking) between market and central team and ensure swift and clean order bookingAdopt and support standard work across territory for Sales OperationsProvide training and consultation to SFDC users regarding Philips Sales Process and relevant KPIsYou're the right fit if:You're an Emirati national, holding Family Book and registered/ able to register in NAFISPost-2024 university graduate in Biomedical Engineering / IT / Finance / AnalyticsFluent in both English and ArabicHaving a customer-oriented mindsetBring strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS ExcelIn return, we offer you a challenging, innovative environment with great opportunities for you to explore.
