Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index.Job DescriptionCoordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales-related matters (Marketing, Operations, and Finance).Act as a first point of contact and respond promptly to partner restaurant queries or complaints via calls and emails if Sales Representatives are unavailable, and delegate tasks to appropriate Sales Representatives.Upload and update restaurant information online and in a timely manner.Set up and configure systems for new partners, conduct training, and address system issues from the vendor/partner side.Monitor and update the status of closed restaurants.Collect and document restaurant contracts and amendments, and manage related sales data.Prepare periodic reports on contract delivery and pickup.Manage the quality of partner accounts, ensuring ongoing relationships and resolving operational issues between partner restaurants, users, and the platform.Assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers, and train restaurant and call center personnel on transmission systems (GPRS, Pigeon software).Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including:Follow-up activitiesTransmission methods reportsContract delivery and pickup acknowledgment reportsQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.MS Office, Excel CertificationMust have a UAE Family Book.Knowledge of CRM systemsStrong presentation, interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), customer service, problem-solving, and negotiation skillsAbility to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working hoursAbility to build and maintain good client relationshipsWho we areAs the region’s leading local tech organization, we’ve been delivering for millions across MENA for the past 18 years.Founded in Kuwait in 2004 and acquired by Delivery Hero in 2015, we combine local knowledge with global expertise.
