In this role, you will focus on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers such as school administrators, university leaders, training providers, and HR/L&D teams.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach</li><li>Identify and qualify schools, universities, training providers, and education-focused organizations</li><li>Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives and Sales Managers</li><li>Research key decision-makers (Principals, Heads of Department, HR Directors, L&D Managers)</li><li>Manage pipelines and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)</li><li>Execute multi-touch outreach sequences and follow-ups</li><li>Meet and exceed KPIs including calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign messaging tailored to the education market</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>6 months-3+ years of outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation experience</li><li>Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and consultative)</li><li>Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce</li><li>Ability to confidently speak with senior education stakeholders</li><li>Strong research and personalization skills</li><li>Self-motivated with a reliable home office setup and stable internet</li></ul><h3>Preferred (but not required)</h3><ul><li>Experience selling EdTech, SaaS, online learning platforms, or training solutions</li><li>Experience targeting UK, US, or international education markets</li><li>Familiarity with consultative sales frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN)</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><p>💻Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams</p><p>🚀Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services</p><p>🤝Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network</p><p>🧭Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement</p><p>💰Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we'll match you with options that fit your goals</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
