As we continue to grow we’re looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our client base.About the RoleAs a commission-based SDR at WebWisp your primary focus is to contact potential clients, introduce our web development services and book qualified appointments for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for many businesses playing a key role in generating new opportunities.You will handle outbound calling, follow-ups, lead nurturing and early-stage outreach. This role you close the deals for you – your responsibility is purely outreach, qualification and booking appointments.This position offers complete remote flexibility, strong earning potential provided leads and clear pathways for career progression into roles such as Account Executive or Closer.Commission Structure & Bonuses150 for every qualified appointment bookedAdditional percentage of all deals closed (handled by our in-house closers)Connected call and call-time bonuses availableLeads provided directly by WebWispHigh-performance earning potential with full support from the teamKey ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to UK, US and UAE based businesses to introduce WebWisp's servicesFollow up with warm leads and previously contacted prospectsQualify businesses and book high-quality appointments for our sales teamMaintain organised notes and lead statuses in the CRMMeet weekly activity targets (calls, follow-ups, appointments)Build rapport and confidently communicate valueProvide feedback to improve calling scripts and processesCollaborate with the sales team to ensure strong lead handoversWhat WebWisp OffersUncapped earning potential with a proven commission model150 per qualified appointment plus percentages of closed dealsCall-time bonuses and performance incentivesLeads provided – no need to source your ownFlexible remote working – choose your own scheduleProgression opportunities (Closer, Account Executive, Senior SDR)Training scripts and ongoing supportA supportive and ambitious remote teamRequirementsConfident, friendly and professional phone mannerStrong communication skills and ability to build rapport quicklySelf‑motivated and comfortable working on a commission‑only basisAble to work independently in a remote environmentOrganised and consistent with follow‑ups and CRM updatesWillingness to learn about WebWisp's services and client needsDesirable (Not Required)Previous experience in cold calling or lead generationFamiliarity with CRM systemsInterest in websites, digital services or B2B outreachRequired SkillsProficiency in setting appointments and appointment scheduling; lead generation experience and related skills in identifying and qualifying potential clients; strong communication and customer service skills to build rapport with potential clients; organisational and time management skills to effectively manage schedules and maintain records; friendly demeanour, goal‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting; prior experience in a sales support or appointment setter role is a plus; familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
