<div><h3>Sales Director – EMEA (Telecom)</h3><p><b>Location: Dubai, UAE (Remote / Regional Travel Required)<br/>Employment Type: Permanent<br/>Experience Level: Senior (10–15+ years)</b></p><p>We are recruiting on behalf of a global telecommunications technology organization seeking a<b>Sales Director – EMEA</b>to lead regional business development and drive growth across telecom operators and enterprise customers.</p><p>This role is ideal for a senior sales leader with a strong background in<b>core telecom platforms, mobile infrastructure, and enterprise sales</b>who can manage complex deals and build long-term strategic relationships.</p><h3>About the Role</h3><p>The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy, managing the full sales lifecycle, and expanding market presence across the EMEA region.</p><p>You will work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver value-driven solutions and support long-term revenue growth.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute the<b>regional sales strategy</b>to achieve growth targets</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from<b>lead qualification to contract negotiation and closure</b></li><li>Sell complex<b>telecom platforms and core network solutions</b>to operators and enterprise clients</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with<b>C-level and senior executives</b></li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region</li><li>Translate customer requirements into<b>technical and commercial solutions</b></li><li>Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets</li><li>Navigate complex procurement processes and long sales cycles</li><li>Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies</li><li>Continuously refine go-to-market strategies</li></ul><p>These responsibilities reflect the scope defined for the EMEA sales leadership role.</p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>10–15+ years of experience in telecom sales or business development</b></li><li>Strong experience selling<b>telecom platforms or core network solutions</b></li><li>Experience selling to<b>Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators, MVNOs, or CSPs</b></li><li>Strong understanding of<b>regional telecom markets and procurement processes</b></li><li>Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Fluency in<b>English</b>; additional regional languages are a plus</li><li>Ability to travel across the region as required</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience selling packet core, voice core, or cloud-native telecom solutions</li><li>Experience leading cross-functional or regional sales initiatives</li><li>Experience negotiating<b>CAPEX, OPEX, or revenue-share commercial models</b></li></ul><h3>How to Apply</h3><p>Please apply with Resume</p><p>Qualified candidates will be contacted with additional details about the client and next steps.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
