The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the EV charging sector and will play a key role in driving sales, providing technical expertise, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.Key Responsibilities:Technical ExpertiseDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of EV charging systems, including hardware, software, and infrastructure requirements.Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and propose EV charging solutions that align with technical and regulatory standards.Troubleshoot and address technical queries from clients during the sales cycle.Identify and target potential customers, including commercial, residential, and public sector clients.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.Deliver impactful technical presentations and live demonstrations of EV charging solutions.Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.Provide ongoing support and follow-up to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.Act as a trusted advisor for clients navigating EV infrastructure implementation.Market AnalysisMonitor and analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitive offerings.Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance EV charging solutions.Proposal & Contract ManagementPrepare and present detailed proposals, including technical specifications, project timelines, and cost estimates.Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome.Preferred Qualifications:Hands-on experience with EV charging infrastructure projects.Knowledge of grid integration, energy storage systems, or solar-powered charging solutions.Connections within the EV charging or renewable energy markets.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).Advanced certifications in sales, EV technologies, or renewable energy (preferred).ExperienceProven track record in technical sales, with 3 to 5 years of experience (preferably in the EV charging, renewable energy, or related sectors).Hands-on experience with EV infrastructure projects or technical solution design (preferred for EV-specific roles).Technical SkillsStrong understanding of product design, installation, and operation (specific to EV charging or relevant products).
