Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and technically driven Sales Engineer to identify market opportunities and create demand for our engineering solutions. In this role, you will act as both a technical and commercial partner to clients, supporting project development through site visits, technical presentations, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with the Key Account Management team to gather market intelligence and support regional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential customers and develop demand through regular site visits and technical presentationsAct as a technical partner to clients during project development, trials, and product qualification stagesBuild and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and relevant local authorities to ensure product specificationGather and share market intelligence on projects, competitors, and industry trends with Sales and Marketing teamsSupport the Key Account Manager and Sales Operations Manager in daily sales activities and onboarding of new team membersEnsure all activities comply with quality management systems and health, safety, and compliance standardsSupport data collection and research for sales forecasting and regional performance reportingRequirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Irrigation, or a related engineering discipline3–5 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or a similar roleStrong technical knowledge with the ability to explain engineering solutions clearly to customersGood understanding of the local market, including consultants, contractors, and government entitiesProven experience in sales within engineering or construction-related sectorsStrong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
