Sales Engineer- HVAC

<div><p>Manage the entire sales process for a specified region, including identifying and building relationships with customers. Work with stakeholders in identifying and developing channels and opportunities.</p><h3>Essential Functions</h3><ul><li>Sales Strategy&Execution: Develop and implement strategies to meet annual growth targets, manage sales pipelines, and secure profitable orders.</li><li>Client&Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, pro partners and end-users; act as the primary technical contact.</li><li>Technical Expertise&Solutioning: Provide in-depth product knowledge to tailor solutions, present technical proposals, and support design phases to ensure product specification.</li><li>Proposal&Negotiation: Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and order negotiations.</li><li>Market&Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs to provide feedback and enhance market position.</li><li>Reporting: Track sales metrics, provide regular forecasts, and report performance to management.</li><li>In conjunction with distributors, be involved in the development of sales plans based on market data, set KPIs and measure progress against the business plan.</li><li>Proactively identify and vet potential market opportunities, including upcoming projects and opportunities and work with customers to target and win those opportunities.</li><li>Clearly communicate the business and products’ value proposition and be able to confidently stand behind the product.</li><li>Identify potential training and product information needs and assist in coordination and delivery of training and seminars to pro partners and other stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure service excellence to our clients: Work with all internal departments to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.</li><li>Identify product gaps and assist with introduction of new products when required.</li><li>Prepare sales, forecasts, Consultant, Contractor and Developer reports and other reports on a regular basis.</li></ul><h3>Required Education&Experience:</h3><ul><li>Degree in Engineering from a recognized university.</li><li>3-5 years successful experience in a similar industry in Saudi Arabia</li></ul><h3>Required Knowledge, Skills,&Abilities:</h3><ul><li>Results and target oriented</li><li>Strong written and oral communicator</li><li>Ability to quickly build rapport, relationships and trust within the team, clients and other stakeholders including consultants, contractors and developers.</li><li>Ability to clearly communicate the business and products’ value proposition and be able to confidently stand behind the product.</li><li>Confidence to act autonomously and take decisions within agreed boundaries to quickly resolve issues.</li><li>Customer and solution oriented</li><li>Ability to structure information and plan agendas.</li><li>Ability to prioritize and rank opportunities based on resources and contribution.</li><li>Fluent in English and Arabic</li></ul><h3>Preferred Education&Experience:</h3><ul><li>HVAC experience in KSA market, knowledge of HVAC products will be added value</li></ul><h3>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:</h3><p>Transferable Iqama and valid Saudi driving license</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
