Sales Executive for Homecare

OnTime Group is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Executive for our Homecare division. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our homecare services and developing relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met with our high-quality care options.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients requiring homecare servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, families, and community organizationsConduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our homecare offeringsDevelop tailored proposals to address the specific needs of clientsManage the sales pipeline effectively to achieve individual and team sales targetsProvide ongoing support and communication with clients to ensure satisfactionCollaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service deliveryStay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategiesTrack and report on sales activities and results to managementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related fieldPrior experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in homecare or healthcare servicesExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsResults-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targetsSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of homecare services and relevant regulations is a plusProficiency in CRM software and MS Office toolsA valid UAE driving license is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
