What matters most is that you can build relationships, manage a route, and keep customers happy while hitting numbers.What you’ll be doing (day to day)Own a set of customers (independent groceries / wholesalers / or key MT accounts depending on your background)Keep products available, visible, and selling (no out-of-stocks on your watch)Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, and teams on the groundCoordinate with logistics/transport to keep deliveries smoothWork closely with finance on collections, invoices, and account follow-upsSubmit weekly/monthly reports (simple, accurate, on time)Handle issues fast: complaints, shortages, urgent requests—calm head, quick fixSkillsYou’ll be a great fit if you’re…Someone who enjoys being out in the market (not stuck behind a desk)Confident communicating in Arabic (English is a plus basic is fine)Naturally organised: you track visits, follow-ups, and promises madeCustomer-service minded (you don’t ghost clients)Comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel basics)Able to work under pressure without getting messyBonus points if you’ve used SAP SuccessFactors (not a dealbreaker)Experience we’re looking forFMCG sales experience is ideal (TT or MT)Experience as a sales executive or merchandiser works wellA Bachelor’s degree is preferred (any relevant field)#J-18808-Ljbffr
