Wellbees is a global employee well-being platform empowering healthier, happier workplaces.With users in 100+ countries and 38 languages, we help employees build better habits while enabling HR teams to save up to 80% in time and costs.As we continue to scale globally, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to drive new business growth in Saudi Arabia. This role is highly sales-focused, targeting enterprise and mid-market companies, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong client relationships.Drive new business sales in the Saudi Arabia marketBuild and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesConduct product presentations and demos for HR leaders and decision-makersIdentify customer needs and position Wellbees’ solutions effectivelyCollaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams when neededMaintain accurate sales reporting and CRM updatesRepresent Wellbees in client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings5–7 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS or technology preferred)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong hunter mindset with hands-on prospecting skillCurrently residing in Riyadh or Jeddah (Saudi Arabia)Ability to manage the full sales cycle independentlyNative or professional-level Arabic + good English proficiencyValid driver’s license and willingness to travel locallyStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsHigh ownership and ability to work remotely⭐ Nice to HaveExperience selling HR Tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutionsExisting network within HR or corporate sector in KSAExperience working in fast-growing startupsFull access to the Wellbees App Ownership and growth opportunities from day one
