Job Description

Position: Sales Executive (Part Time), Nationality: Saudi Nationality (Mandatory).Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive with 1–4 years of retail sales experience to join our Riyadh stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to overall store performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual and store sales targets (daily / monthly).Drive ATV (Average Transaction Value) and cross‑selling opportunities.Promote ongoing offers, bundles, and value‑added products.Maximize conversion rate and customer engagement.Customer ServiceProvide excellent product knowledge and professional assistance to customers.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.Store OperationsMaintain proper product display as per company standards.Ensure price tags and promotions are correctly displayed.Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.Support inventory control and stock count activities.Compliance & DisciplineFollow company policies and procedures.Maintain grooming standards and professional conduct.Ensure adherence to Saudi retail and labor regulations.Requirements2–4 years of retail sales experience (Electronics / FMCG / Fashion preferred)Strong communication skills in Arabic and EnglishGood selling, negotiation, and closing skillsBasic knowledge of POS systems and MS OfficeCustomer‑oriented and target‑driven mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
