Your experience may include key cities in Europe such as Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, Geneva, Copenhagen, London, Barcelona, Milan, Dublin, etc. Subject to your background potentially hubs in Asia/ME, North America, or Australia.</p><h3>ABOUT US</h3><p>Culture Vitale is building an innovative new category of impactful creative corporate experiences: Sessions of Vitality immersive half-day to multi-day formats that energise, inspire and connect teams through a blend of well-being, creativity and development activities. We have a network of 1000 expert hosts and 1500 experiences globally helping with creativity, stress cohesion, leadership, motivation, confidence, energy, communication and more. Think team-building through perfume making, presentation skills building through theatre, innovative leadership coaching with a Buddhist monk, mindfulness through opera and more!</p><h3>SEEKING YOU</h3><p>We are based in Paris, France and northern Europe and are actively growing globally. We’re looking for an experienced commission‑based B2B commercial/sales freelancer to partner with to grow corporate relationships regionally, drive new partnerships, secure bookings and build repeat business with HR, L&D, leadership and client teams. For the right person a future retainer, salaried role or partnership may be discussed.</p><h3>What you’ll do – the role</h3><ul><li>Prospect and engage corporate decision‑makers (CXO, HR, L&D leadership, department heads, directors, office managers, sales/client teams)</li><li>Introduce and sell Culture Vitale’s Sessions of Vitality</li><li>Convert conversations into confirmed bookings</li><li>Nurture repeat business and long‑term client relationships</li><li>Act as a trusted first touchpoint and commercial lead in your market</li></ul><h3>Ideal fit</h3><ul><li>Strong B2B sales or partnership background with large organizations</li><li>Experience with corporate services, HR/L&D key accounts, events, hospitality, wellness, etc.</li><li>Comfortable with a commission‑only, relationship‑led selling model</li><li>Professional, persuasive and confident presenter to corporate stakeholders</li><li>English (professional) required; other EU languages a bonus, especially French or German</li><li>Based locally with European citizenship or full rights to work independently</li></ul><h3>The benefits</h3><ul><li>Operate as an independent self‑employed commercial/sales freelancer (non‑exclusive)</li><li>Commission‑based, uncapped earnings with ongoing commission on repeat/recurring clients</li><li>Full flexibility: you control your schedule and methods</li><li>Non‑exclusive: you can work with other clients or projects</li><li>Representation of a human‑centred creative and impactful B2B mission</li><li>Invoice commissions and manage your own tax, social setup, insurance in your country</li></ul><h3>Full expert support</h3><ul><li>We provide premium brand assets, creatives, presentations, proposal templates</li><li>All tools including CRM, curation tools, communications, design</li><li>Culture Vitale handles contracting, signing, payments, etc.</li><li>Expert marketing and proposal support</li></ul><h3>Upside</h3><p>For the right person a future retainer, salaried role or partnership may be discussed.</p><h3>MORE INFO ON CULTURE VITALE</h3><ul><li>We combine impact and engagement: Our experiences blend wellbeing, culture and development for enjoyable yet data‑based impact.</li><li>We are partners, not providers: We design experiences as consulting partners to meet specific needs.</li><li>We have a unique network: 1000 experts, performers, coaches, creatives and facilitators.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
