Fun fact: the name **AlGooru** comes from “Guru,” meaning mentor or guide.### Your RoleAs a **Sales Intern**, you’ll be part of the Sales tribe, playing a key role in driving growth and helping families access personalized learning solutions.## Duties & responsibilities* Exceed sales targets using effective closing strategies* Engage with existing clients to understand needs and build long-term relationships* Encourage renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities* Ensure timely collection of installments and outstanding payments* Analyze the sales funnel to identify optimization opportunities### ### A Day in Your Life* Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure* Call and communicate with parents and students to explain AlGooru’s services* Understand student needs and match them with the ideal tutor* Organize and coordinate trial tutoring sessions* Recommend personalized tutoring packages* Drive retention through proactive account management* Conduct follow-ups with new and existing clients* Follow up on outstanding payments* Improve response time to customer inquiries* Accurately collect, enter, and report sales data### Hiring Journey1. Screening & Intro Call (5–10 mins)2. Chemistry Meeting (15–30 mins)3. Technical Interview (30–60 mins)4. Vision Fit Interview (30–60 mins)5.
