Sales&Logistics Coordinator

<div><p>We are looking for Sales&Logistic coordinator for our Umm Al Quwain Plant - United Arab Emirates</p><p>Position is to restrict for UAE Nationals only.</p><p>This role is a pivotal position working with both Sales&Operations teams to facilitate efficient order processing and fulfilment while providing additional customer management and support.</p><ul><li>Receive Sales/work orders from the sales dept., Process them to production team for Planning&scheduling deliveries, Prepare&update Orders' Planned Production/Dispatch reports,</li><li>Follow-up with Sale team, clients, Forwarders,&Custom clearance agents for deliveries locally and, outside the country,</li><li>Prepare Shipping Documents&related certificates,</li><li>Report Production/Delivery service level periodically,</li><li>Prepare the Measurement reports for scoring quality level “ISO 9001”,</li><li>Assist whenever needed there is extra requirement/tasks from all departments: Sales, Purchase/Logistic, Operations/Production&the Group top Management.</li><li>Prepare Company's official Applications, and, documentations for civil defence and other government authorities</li><li>Prepare operation report as request (service tracker, planning control sheet, Monthly Measurement identification sheet)</li><li>University degree and 1 to 3-years’ experience, or a bachelor’s degree</li><li>Driving license</li><li>Arabic and English fluency</li><li>Microsoft office</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
