Sales Manager for Filipino Nationals in DohaWe are currently hiring for a Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.Requirements:- Preferably Filipino national with valid Qatar residence visa- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry- Fluent in English and Tagalog (Arabic is a plus)- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and coach team members- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environmentResponsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives- Identify new business opportunities and expand client base- Manage, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure they meet their targets- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services to clients- Build strong relationships with key clients and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments- Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysisWe offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month plus commission.
