This role emphasizes day-to-day interactions with potential buyers, generating leads, and facilitating transactions.Roles and ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and broker databases.Showcase available properties to potential buyers and highlight key features.Source and connect with potential buyers (both direct and indirect sources).Conduct site visits and prepare presentations.Issue sales offers to potential buyers.Own quarterly sales targets as per the annual overall sales target.Prepare and manage contracts, payment plans, and related documentation.Ensure all sales adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies.Develop and update client database and CRM.Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and brokers.Provide a consultative sales approach, advising clients on development benefits and investment potential.Act as a trusted advisor, assisting with financing options, market trends, and legal processes.Manage the lead process ensuring all opportunities are current.Address client concerns during and after transactions, supporting customer requirements.Coordinate property visits and respond to inquiries regarding pricing, amenities, and payment terms.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum 4-6+ years in residential real estate sales with a track record of sales exceeding 100 million AED annually.Experience in tenant/customer relationship management, with significant exposure to GCC and UAE markets.Technical and interpersonal skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship building.Business-level proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.Diploma in business administration/management or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is an advantage.Working ConditionsLocation: Indoor Office/Sales Centers and/or Exhibition Spaces.6-day workweek.Additional DetailsSeniority Level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Function: Sales and Business Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
