These customers range from start-ups to leading web companies, large enterprises, and government ministries.Key job responsibilitiesAs the leader of the Saudi Arabia (KSA) Public Sector, this role holds full responsibility for all aspects of the government, education, health and non-profit business and will take the lead to shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS within the Public Sector market segments. This position, being the AWS single threaded leader for Public Sector in the KSA, leads all groups in the region with single point accountability for delivering business outcomes for our customers and the company.Basic QualificationsExperience leading and influencing cross-functional sales teams10+ years of technology sales, or 5+ years of technology sales experienceExperience working with, presenting to, and negotiating with C-level executives, IT, lines of business, procurement, finance, legal and internal stakeholders for sizeable commercial/enterprise dealsCan work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasksExperience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal10+ years of experience relationship building and influencing at the C and minister levelPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree, or MBA in finance, accounting or related field4+ years of procurement experience3+ years of technology solutions development and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing experienceExperience managing large teams across multiple locations and languages, or experience as an acting operations managerExperience attracting, hiring, and developing teams and building a bench for key rolesExperience in ownership of projects and communicating timelines and executing independentlyOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
