The ideal candidate will have a robust network with leading brokerage agencies, Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), and a deep understanding of the real estate landscape. This role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in generating substantial sales.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company targets.Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to optimize performance.Build and maintain relationships with top brokerage agencies, agents, and UHNWIs.Drive direct and indirect sales in a competitive market, securing repeat business.Maintain deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and competitive landscape.Oversee the full sales process from pre-launch to deal closure, ensuring compliance.Manage agency briefings, negotiations, and buyer interactions effectively.Use SalesForce for lead management, activity tracking, and performance reporting.QualificationsOver 5 years’ sales experience with a top Dubai developer, selling properties from mid-market to ultra-luxury.Strong network with Dubai brokerage agencies and agents.Skilled negotiator with a proven record of closing high-value deals and secondary sales.Deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and UHNWIs’ preferences.University degree in business, marketing, or related field, with documented sales achievements.Fluent in English; additional languages like Mandarin or Russian are an asset.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, spread happiness, and build experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
