Join us in building the future of smart sustainable living.Role: Sales Engineer Data Center SolutionsAs a Sales Engineer Data Center Solutions you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and consultants in the data center sector. You will lead the sales process by identifying new opportunities, promoting Carrier’s advanced HVAC solutions and supporting the technical and commercial aspects of the project lifecycle. This role plays a key part in strengthening Carrier’s presence in the UAE’s rapidly growing data center market.Role ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Relationship BuildingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with data center clients and end users.Engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, technical requirements and project goals.Promote Carrier solutions to HVAC consulting firms and data center owners.Sales Strategy & Pipeline DevelopmentBuild and maintain a robust data center projects pipeline through incoming inquiries, client visits and market intelligence.Track and update pipeline activity regularly to support accurate forecasting and strategic planning.Participate in framework agreements and ensure timely, high-quality bid submissions.Technical & Commercial AlignmentCollaborate closely with technical teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and Carrier’s HVAC solutions.Understand and analyze HVAC system requirements to prepare compelling technical and budgetary proposals.Provide input to senior management to support the development of business plans for the data center segment.Minimum RequirementsQualificationsBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related HVAC field.Experience57 years of relevant experience in HVAC system sales, preferably with a focus on applied equipment.Experience in data center cooling solutions is highly preferred.Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.Skills & KnowledgeProficient in Microsoft Office and business productivity tools.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work cross-functionally and build long-term client relationships.Key CompetenciesStrategic and commercial acumenCustomer-focused approachStrong technical understanding of HVAC systemsSales and negotiation expertiseMarket intelligence and forecasting skillsCollaborative mindset across teams and functionsWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and performance-based incentivesInclusive and multicultural work environmentGrowth and development opportunities with a global leaderWellness training and employee assistance programsYour Journey with CarrierIf selected your recruitment journey will include:Initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition teamInterview with technical and business leadersFinal evaluation and offerOur Commitment to YouAt Carrier we are committed to building a culture where our people can thrive and contribute meaningfully.
