You will use your proven experience to lead a quota carrying team of sales professionals within the UAE market.You will be responsible for leading your team to success; driving revenue engagement new customer acquisition and supporting them in achieving their targets.Youll Be Responsible ForLeading a sales team to achieve their weekly monthly and quarterly sales targetsOwning the sales pipeline from lead generation to closingCoaching team members on prospecting objection handling demos storytelling and closingRunning daily huddles weekly performance reviews and ensuring strong activity disciplineMonitoring and reporting on the teams progress towards targets and KPIsDemonstrating best-in-class sales practiceSupporting hiring onboarding and training of new team membersEnsuring CRM hygiene pipeline accuracy and forecastingAbout YouYou will have proven experience within an outbound sales environment with experience in a leadership roleYou have experience with coaching and mentoring quota carrying sales teamYou possess natural communication and leadership skills and can recognise and reward great performance within the team whilst being able to navigate through challenging performance periodsYou thrive working in a fast paced environment and have an open mind when it comes to the changing environment a scale-up can sometimes bringYou love tackling difficult challenges with a positive attitude and always strive to find the best solution whilst leading by exampleLast but by no means last - you believe in our mission and want to be part of revolutionising the healthcare market with usWhat We OfferAt Doctify we shape careers with purpose.
