Atradius Collections is a business unit of Atradius Group, which forms part of Grupo Catalana Occidente, one of the leading insurers in Spain and worldwide in credit insurance.Role OverviewAs Sales Manager for the Middle East region, you will play a key role in expanding our footprint by acquiring and developing new and existing clients. You will focus on delivering Atradius Collections’ value proposition to multinational corporations, export credit agencies & financial institutions, using a consultative, value-based selling approach to position our services as strategic solutions to credit risk and cash flow challenges.Job DescriptionSales & Business DevelopmentDrive new business acquisition and grow existing accounts within the MNC and ECA sectors.Apply value-based selling techniques to identify client pain points and align Atradius Collections’ solutions with their strategic goals.Develop and execute sales plans in coordination with the Regional Commercial Manager to meet revenue and profitability targets.Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and channel partners.Conduct due diligence, review case files, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored collection and receivables management solutions.Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.Internal Collaboration & ReportingWork closely with Operations, Legal, and Credit Insurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Maintain accurate and timely updates in the CRM system, including pipeline, forecasts, and case progress.Provide market intelligence and performance feedback to senior management.Market Engagement & RepresentationRepresent Atradius Collections at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions.Support broker relationships and collaborate with Atradius Credit Insurance colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.Present proposals and solutions to stakeholders at all levels, including clients, intermediaries, and partners.RequirementsThe candidate must be based in the UAE and have >2 years’ experience within Collections Industry globally or in the UAE.Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in debt collection, credit management, financial services, insurance or brokerage industry.Strong understanding of the Middle East business environment and regulatory landscape.Demonstrated experience in value-based and consultative selling.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Fluent in English and Arabic preferred (spoken and written), other local languages is preferred.Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Willingness to travel regularly within the Middle East.Proficiency in CRM systems (iCare or Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to market engagement.What do we offer?A dynamic, international and challenging work environmentTraining and support to reach your full potential including the opportunity for continuous professional developmentAttractive terms and conditions, including competitive salary, pension package and a range of flexible benefits and rewardsChallenging tasks with individual development and training opportunitiesEqual opportunities for allThe success of our organisation stands with the quality of our people and the ideas they have.
