Join us and be part of something meaningful — where love meets logistics and every day feels like the start of a new story.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Sales Manager who can structure, coach, and grow a small B2C sales force into a scalable and high-performing commercial engine. You’ll directly lead an expanding team of pre-sales specialists and sales advisors, working closely with founders to make sure our process remains human and efficient as we scale. Your role will be both strategic and operational: implementing simple, effective processes while staying close to the team to maintain empathy, accountability, and growth.Our method is clear:Listen deeply to the clientComplete the KYC, reframe their challengeFix their problem with the right solutionWe don’t want heavy corporate playbooks — we want someone who knows how to build trust-based, conversion-focused sales flows in real-life situations. You’ll build reporting, manage performance, help new hires ramp quickly, and make sure we don’t lose the human touch as the numbers grow.Requirements1 to 3 years of experience managing B2C sales teams (5–10 people)Strong background in consumer services, hospitality, or emotional-sale environmentsProven ability to set up sales processes that are simple, repeatable, and client-centeredExcellent listener and communicator; able to reframe client needs with empathyExperience hiring, onboarding, and coaching junior sales and pre-sales profilesOrganized, hands-on, and able to build structured weekly reporting and KPIsFluent in English; bonus if you’ve worked in culturally diverse teams or high-context salesYou must be UAE-based or able to relocate quicklyJoin as a core leader during a strategic growth phaseHigh autonomy: co-build the commercial structure from the ground upDirect collaboration with founders on vision, hiring, and systemsManage a multicultural, motivated team across inbound sales & pre-salesCompetitive salary + performance-based commissionCareer path toward Head of Sales or Commercial Director within 12–18 monthsWork in a mission-driven company helping couples navigate love, law, and borders#J-18808-Ljbffr
