<div><h3>Position Overview</h3><p><b>Sales Manager Eye Care Portfolio (UAE)</b></p><p>The Sales Manager will oversee AbbVie's Eye Care portfolio in the UAE responsible for driving sales growth optimizing market share and executing commercial strategies in alignment with AbbVie’s organizational goals.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the marketing and sales efforts for the entire Eye Care portfolio in the UAE.</li><li>Manage motivate and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve targets.</li><li>Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals key opinion leaders and relevant stakeholders in eye care.</li><li>Understand the OTC eye care market in the UAE including retail channels and consumer trends to inform portfolio strategy and trade marketing activities.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and ensure excellent customer engagement.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing Medical Affairs Market Access) to implement strategies and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Monitor market trends competitor activity and customers needs to adjust plans and tactics accordingly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with AbbVie’s standards and regional health regulations.</li><li>Follow up on demand and supply meetings to ensure product availability aligns with market needs and sales goals.</li><li>Conduct regular sales review meetings to track performance provide feedback and align team objectives with business targets.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in life sciences pharmacy business or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales with a track record in ophthalmology or specialty care preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market and regulations.</li><li>Experience managing a sales team and achieving/exceeding targets.</li><li>Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.</li><li>Utilize advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for reporting presentations and data analysis.</li><li>Demonstrate effective email communication for internal coordination and external stakeholder engagement.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity driving innovation transforming lives and serving our community.
