Location: RiyadhExperience: Minimum 8+ YearsIndustry Expertise: IT Solutions / IT ServicesCriteria: Candidate should be based in RiyadhJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Solutions / IT Services. The candidate is expected to bring at least 10 active clients and clearly present their sales achievements, revenue contributions, and client relationships during the interview process.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development:Drive end-to-end sales for IT Solutions / IT Services offeringsIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities across enterprise, mid-market, and strategic accountsManage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closureAchieve and exceed assigned revenue and margin targetClient Management:Maintain and grow relationships with a minimum of 10 active clientsAct as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges and aligning IT solutions accordinglyUpsell and cross-sell additional IT services and solutions to existing customersEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term account retentionSolution Selling:Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to design customized IT solutionsPresent value-driven proposals covering IT services, SLAs, and pricing structuresDemonstrate strong understanding of IT delivery models (Onsite, Offshore, Managed Services, Project-based)Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client needsDevelop account plans and sales strategies for key clientsRepresent the company at client meetings, industry events, and business forumsMandatory Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of proven sales experience in IT Solutions / IT ServicesShould be strong in Riyadh marketCurrently managing at least 10 active client accounts (must be verifiable)Demonstrated success in achieving consistent revenue targets over the last 5 yearsAbility to present sales track record, deal closures, and client portfolio during interviewsStrong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong understanding of:IT Infrastructure & Cloud ServicesApplication Development & SupportCybersecurity, Network & Managed ServicesExperience working with enterprise or government clients is a plusExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsCandidate must present active client details, revenue contributions, and sales achievementsClear demonstration of 5-year sales track record with measurable resultsHarnessing human insight to cut costs, fast-track tech adoption, and scale innovation globally.+966 11 227 3585info@flint-international.me+971 4 239 5321Flint International IT Services UAE, Burlington Tower, Office #905, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
