Sales Manager / Senior Vice President

Job Responsibilities:Identify and target prospective clients, including SMEs, corporates, and exporters, to promote factoring servicesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targetsConduct market research to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trendsUnderstand prospect needs and provide tailored trade finance solutionsFollow up on leads, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals effectivelyWork closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processingCoordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and materialsPrepare and present regular sales performance reports to managementMonitor market competition and provide feedback for product and service improvementEnsure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policiesStay informed about industry regulations and their impact on the factoring business. Make decisions and assist in the optimisation of the group reporting systemSkills:Strong understanding of trade finance products and servicesExcellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsProficiency in CRM tools and MS Office SuiteAnalytical mindset with a problem-solving attitudeExperience:Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the trade finance industryProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
