<div><p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven<b>Sales Manager</b>to lead and expand sales within a growing<b>specialty coffee business</b>. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in<b>coffee, café, or F&B sales</b>, with proven experience in driving revenue growth, developing new business channels, and managing key client relationships.</p><p>The Sales Manager will play a key role in<b>expanding market presence, increasing revenue streams, and building strategic partnerships</b>across retail and corporate segments.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute<b>sales strategies</b>to achieve revenue targets and business growth.</li><li>Identify and pursue<b>new business opportunities</b>, including B2B, retail, and wholesale channels.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with<b>corporate clients, retailers, distributors, and hospitality partners</b>.</li><li>Drive sales of<b>coffee products, beans, beverages, and related offerings</b>.</li><li>Explore and develop<b>new revenue streams</b>such as bulk sales, partnerships, and corporate accounts.</li><li>Monitor<b>market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences</b>within the coffee and F&B industry.</li><li>Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close<b>sales agreements and contracts</b>.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure<b>consistent brand positioning and service delivery</b>.</li><li>Prepare<b>sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis</b>for senior management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in<b>Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</b>(preferred).</li><li><b>5+ years of proven sales experience</b>in<b>coffee, specialty coffee, or F&B industry</b>.</li><li>Strong network within<b>hospitality, retail, and distribution sectors</b>in Saudi Arabia.</li><li>Proven track record of<b>achieving and exceeding sales targets</b>.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of<b>coffee products, market trends, and customer preferences</b>.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.</li></ul><h3>Key Skills</h3><ul><li>Sales&Business Development</li><li>Specialty Coffee / F&B Sales</li><li>Key Account Management</li><li>Negotiation&Closing</li><li>Market Expansion&Strategy</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
