Role OverviewThe eligible Sales Manager should require deep relationships with key hospitals, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate company strategy into operational excellence. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth, develop key accounts, and build high‑performing teams that support the company's long‑term business objectives.RequirementsStrategic Sales LeadershipCustomer & Key Account ManagementBusiness Development & Market InsightsTeam Leadership & People DevelopmentOperations & Performance ManagementCompliance & Process ManagementKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain strong professional relationships with a minimum of seven key account hospitals in the UAEDevelop and execute sales growth strategies, tactics, and action plans aligned with financial goals, customer trends, and company objectivesBuild and sustain long‑term strategic partnerships with high‑volume customers to ensure sustainable business growthLead, coach, and inspire Supervisors, Product Specialists, and Key Account Specialists to achieve operational excellenceEffectively communicate company strategy to the field force while providing timely feedback to managementConduct market and client research to identify emerging needs, product trends, and growth opportunitiesNegotiate annual contracts with key accounts in a way that serves the interests of both stakeholdersCompetenciesStrong leadership and team‑coaching capabilitiesBudget management and forecasting skillsAbility to set clear expectations and manage performanceExcellent communication and stakeholder managementStrategic thinking and analytical problem‑solvingAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projectsFlexibility, adaptability, and openness to changeStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsAccurate order forecasting and planning capabilityHigh level of professionalism and interpersonal skillsEducational Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Science (mandatory)5-8 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectorStrong experience managing Supervisors, Product Specialists, and Key Account teamsProficiency in CRM applications and MS OfficeStrong relationships with UAE hospitals and healthcare authoritiesProven success in managing key accounts, tenders, and hospital formulary inclusionEmployee responsibilities are subject to change and may evolve based on business needs.
