YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESActs as the central link between Alpitronic Middle East and customers and Alpitronic SrlFacilitates sales communication, including inquiries, clarifications, and follow-up with customersSupports preparation and submission of local offers and tenders in coordination with internal stakeholdersCoordinates with Logistics at headquarters and handle the import and delivery of chargers and spare parts to SaudiManages purchasing processes from Alpitronic Srl and arranges local handling and storage of spare partsMaintains regular communication with customers, partners, and authorities in English and Arabic, ensuring clarity and reliabilityManages the local vehicle fleet, including coordination of maintenance and insurancesEnsures smooth document management, registration updates, and government portal administrationYOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSSecondary School Certificate in Administration or equivalent qualificationExperience in an administrative role, internal sales operations or logistics coordination, ideally in an industrial or technology-related environmentFamiliarity with Saudi administrative and government procedures is an advantageSaudi National for Saudization (Nitaqat) requirementsProficiency in MS Office; ERP experience (e.g. SAP) is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailProactive and reliable working style, with outgoing and persistent personalityExcellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spokenOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
