Job Description

Galadari Energy Solutions (GES) is looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to support and guide our growing sales team while driving business development across the UAE. This role will report directly to the General Manager of GES and play a key part in expanding our presence in the power generation sector.The successful candidate will act as a mentor and leader to the sales team, while also remaining hands‑on in building client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting key accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve targets and grow market shareConduct client visits across the UAE to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunitiesDrive business development activities and generate new revenue streamsSupport and manage existing key accounts to ensure long-term partnershipsWork closely with the GM to support the commercial strategy and growth of the divisionRequirementsProven experience in sales within the power generation, heavy equipment, or related industryStrong business development and key account management experienceLeadership experience or the ability to mentor and guide a sales teamBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldValid UAE driving license (essential)What's on offerCompetitive salary packageYearly ticketsCompany Vehicle including fuel and SalikState of the art learning and development opportunities#J-18808-Ljbffr
