The ideal candidate will have1-2 years of expertise in SAP B1in end-to-end implementation and has delivered.Key Responsibilities (KRAs - Key Responsibility Areas)1. Implementation & ConfigurationEnd-to-endSAP Business One implementations, including business requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.Configure and customizeSAP B1 modulessuch as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, CRM based on business needs.Develop and maintainworkflow solutionsand approval procedures within SAP B1.2. Business Process Analysis & OptimizationConductbusiness process analysisand recommend best practices for improving efficiency using SAP B1.Assist inre-engineering business processesand improving workflows.Identifyautomation opportunitiesand minimize manual interventions.3. Technical & Functional SupportProvidepost-implementation supportand resolve end-user issues related to SAP B1.Work closely withIT teamsfor system enhancements, integration with third-party tools, and add-on development.Managesystem upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.4. Reporting & Data ManagementDevelopcustom reportsusing SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA.Ensure accuratedata migration, validation, and reconciliationduring implementation phases.Maintaindata integrity and securitywithin SAP B1.5. Training & DocumentationConductuser training sessionsand create documentation on SAP B1 functionalities.PrepareSOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)and best practices guides.Supportchange management initiativesto ensure smooth adoption of SAP B1.6. Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementCollaborate withbusiness teams, vendors, and IT departmentsto align SAP B1 with business goals.Communicate effectively withstakeholdersat all levels to manage expectations.Preferred Skills & Qualifications1-2 years of experienceas an SAP Business One Functional Consultant.Expertise inSAP B1 core modules(Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Production, MRP etc.).Hands-on experience withSQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP HANA.Knowledge ofB1 Usability Package (B1UP), or other third-party tools is a plus.Strongproblem-solvingandbusiness analysisskills.Excellentcommunicationandstakeholder managementskills.SAP Business One certificationis an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
