SAP Delivery Management&Leadership</h3><ul><li>Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple, concurrent SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects.</li><li>Lead and mentor project managers, functional consultants, technical leads, and development teams, fostering a high-performance culture.</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, meeting client and business objectives.</li><li>Develop and implement robust project governance structures, risk management strategies, and quality assurance processes.</li><li>Manage project financials, resource allocation, and reporting to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Activate, Waterfall).</li></ul><h3>2. SAP Program Architecture&Strategy</h3><ul><li>Define and maintain the overarching SAP enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and business requirements.</li><li>Provide expert architectural guidance and oversight for major SAP initiatives, including S/4HANA transformations, cloud migrations, and integration strategies.</li><li>Design scalable, secure, and high-performing SAP solutions that leverage best practices and optimize system performance.</li><li>Evaluate new SAP technologies, products, and services, making recommendations for their adoption and integration into the existing landscape.</li><li>Ensure architectural consistency, reusability, and adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on SAP capabilities and strategic direction.</li></ul><h3>3. Client&Stakeholder Engagement</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, client executives, and third-party vendors.</li><li>Act as a primary point of contact for strategic client discussions, understanding their evolving needs and translating them into SAP solutions.</li><li>Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and project statuses to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li><li>Manage expectations, resolve escalations, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.</li></ul><h3>4. Team Leadership&Development</h3><ul><li>Recruit, train, and develop a highly skilled team of SAP professionals.</li><li>Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify professional development opportunities.</li><li>Promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and a culture of continuous learning within the SAP team.</li></ul><h3>Your role and responsibilities</h3><p>SAP Delivery Manager and Program Architect is a senior leadership role responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs and projects, while also defining and overseeing the strategic architectural direction of SAP solutions across the enterprise. This role requires a seasoned SAP professional with a deep understanding of SAP functionalities, project delivery methodologies, and enterprise architecture principles. The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive innovation within our SAP landscape.</p><h3>Required education</h3><p>Bachelor's Degree</p><h3>Preferred education</h3><p>Master's Degree</p><h3>Required technical and professional expertise</h3><ul><li>Experience:<ul><li>[12-15]+ years of progressive experience in SAP consulting, implementation, and program management, with a strong focus on large-scale enterprise projects.</li><li>[5-7]+ years in a leadership role overseeing SAP delivery and/or architectural functions.</li><li>Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA).</li><li>Demonstrated experience in defining and implementing SAP enterprise architecture strategies.</li></ul></li><li>Technical Skills:<ul><li>Deep functional and/or technical expertise across multiple SAP modules.</li><li>Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities, roadmap, and migration strategies.</li><li>Proficiency in SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP CPI, PI/PO, RFCs, APIs).</li><li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with SAP.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 and user experience design principles.</li></ul></li><li>Managerial&Soft Skills:<ul><li>Exceptional leadership, team-building, and people management skills.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and>Proven ability to manage complex programs, budgets, and client relationships effectively.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.</li><li>SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or architecture are highly desirable.</li><
