Job TitleSAP MM / WM Functional ConsultantLocationRemote (Eastern Europe / India / Egypt preferred)Contract Duration12 Months (6 months implementation + 6 months support)IndustryRetail (SAP S/4HANA IS Retail)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced SAP MM / WM Functional Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA (IS Retail) transformation programme. The role will focus on delivering end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support across materials management, warehouse operations, and retail supply chain processes.You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and technical consultants to ensure seamless integration of procurement, inventory, and warehouse management processes within a retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSAP MM / WM functional activities within S/4HANA IS RetailGather business requirements and translate them into functional specificationsConfigure and optimize:Procurement processes (P2P)Inventory managementWarehouse operations and stock movementsEnsure accurate material flow and stock visibility across warehouses and retail locationsSupport integration with:SAP SD (sales and distribution)SAP FICO (financial postings)Retail POS systemsParticipate in end-to-end implementation activities, including:Blueprint / designConfigurationTesting (SIT/UAT)Go-live and hypercareTroubleshoot issues and provide post-go-live supportEnsure data accuracy, governance, and process complianceCollaborate with technical teams (ABAP, CPI, Basis) for enhancements and integrationsKey Requirements10+ years’ experience in SAP MM / WM functional rolesStrong experience in SAP S/4HANA (mandatory)Mandatory: IS Retail experienceMinimum 3 end-to-end SAP implementationsStrong understanding of:Procurement and sourcing processesInventory and warehouse managementStock transfers, batch management, and logistics executionExperience working in retail or FMCG environmentsAbility to work independently and manage data and governance responsibilitiesStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with warehouse automation / advanced WM or EWM conceptsExposure to integration with POS and retail systemsKnowledge of supply chain optimisation and reporting toolsArabic language skills (preferred but not essential)Additional InformationFully remote role with global team collaborationWorking on a high-impact SAP retail transformation programmeImmediate start preferred (mid-April)Opportunity to be part of both implementation and long-term support phases#J-18808-Ljbffr
