This involves driving all the project stages, including planning and execution. A Program Manager in the SAP world wears many hats. Responsibilities will vary depending on the size of the implementation and their own technical acumen.</p><p><b>Please note:</b>US Citizen or US Green Card only will be considered for this position.</p><h3>We are looking for a leader with proven track record of</h3><ul><li>Managing programs dealing with organizational and business process transformations and large‑scale initiatives</li><li>Managing Program stakeholders, sponsors and customer CXO executives</li><li>Motivating, energizing, and collaborating with team contributors at all levels in the organization, from employee to executive</li><li>Providing strategic direction to projects guiding and directing individual Project Managers on value realization and the management of risk</li><li>Focusing on outcomes and ensuring the objectives of the projects under their watch are met</li><li>10+ years of successful experience managing large scale programs with SAP as a key component</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of SAP Program Management experience</li><li>Managing at least 5 full life cycle SAP Implementation Transformation programs for large enterprise clients</li><li>Ability to clearly demonstrate the advantages of a proposed approach or solution</li><li>Strong experience in the SAP Activate Methodology as well as excellent presentation skills</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>The candidate is responsible for ensuring quality across all programs, projects within their portfolio ensuring project plans, scoping documentation, risk/issues logs and status reporting is line with corporate standards.</li><li>The candidate is the escalation point for program issues and responsible for the coordination of their resolution as per the program related governance structures.</li><li>The candidate is responsible for the consolidation of all status reports under their portfolio.</li><li>The candidate will mobilize the precepts of effective project management in a manner that aligns to client culture while optimizing likelihood of meeting (or exceeding) project objectives.</li><li>The Program Manager will manage one or more projects for our customers, providing regular steering to our Project Managers as well as thought leadership to clients.</li><li>Manage large SAP greenfield implementations as well as Brownfield technical upgrade projects or several smaller SAP projects simultaneously including related projects in non‑SAP areas.</li><li>Work closely with individual SAP project managers, solution architects, to ensure delivery.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients regarding the SAP program, project methodology, technology and functionality.</li><li>Exercise required controls and propose improvements as required, including quality plans, issues and action logs, risk management plans and change control plans, for all aspects of the assignment.</li><li>Manage the financials for the program, ensuring revenue and margin targets for the program are in line with expectations.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualification</h3><ul><li>15+ years of SAP experience</li><li>10+ SAP Program Manager experience</li><li>5+ years of S/4 HANA transformation experience</li></ul><h3>About NTT DATA</h3><p>NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
