The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing payroll solutions, with a specific focus on Employee Central Payroll ECP, particularly in the KSA region. The role will require an in-depth understanding of payroll processes, compliance regulations, and localization requirements for KSA.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll ECP with a focus on KSA localization.Ensure compliance with KSA labor laws, tax regulations, and other legal requirements in the payroll process.Collaborate with HR, finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and develop payroll solutions tailored to business needs.Provide expertise in payroll management, including data migration, integration with other SAP modules, and payroll reporting.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processes, system integration, and employee data.Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the payroll system.Stay updated with changes in KSA labor laws and tax regulations to maintain compliance in payroll processing.Work with global and local teams to manage and support SAP SuccessFactors payroll projects and enhancements.Qualifications:9 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementation and support.Mandatory experience with KSA localization in payroll processes.Strong knowledge of KSA labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.Hands-on experience with configuration, integration, and troubleshooting in Employee Central Payroll.Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.Preferred Skills:Experience with other modules of SAP SuccessFactors such as Employee Central, Time Management.Previous experience working in KSA or with KSA-based clients.Strong understanding of global payroll processes and localization for other regions.Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a global team of experts.Professional development and growth opportunities.If you have the expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and KSA localization, we would love to hear from you.
