SAP Testing Team Lead

Müller's Solutions is looking for a highly skilled Test Lead to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the verification of solution design, changes, and organization and system changes. This position will be responsible for defining test approach/strategy, test plans, test scripts, summarizing QA metrics on defects, reviewing test scripts of QA and UAT resources, and planning UAT testing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage UAT and System Testing related functionsCapable of working with and standing firm with Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, Development, Architects and BAs to get their point across i.e. ensuring quality comes firstEffectively communicates with project stakeholders to get buy-in for test approachDefine, review and implement the Test Strategy, Quality processes and procedures. Enforce the adherence to the program's Quality processes and procedures. Reviewing of test plans and test casesReviews project documentation to determine cost effective / quality test approachProduces detailed estimates / dependencies / assumptions / test requirementsClearly communicates test approach in relevant test documentation and test management tools and ensures that all requirements are traceableEnsure all test collateral is of high standard and conforms to best practiceDelivers / tracks and reports on project plan for entire test eventClosely monitors and tracks risks / issues and works closely with project team in the resolution of issuesManages test resource allocation (ramp-up/ ramp-down) as well as communicating/ delegating effectively within test teamPrepares and presents post project review documentRequirementsGraduate or Postgraduate Degree in Computer ScienceRELEVANT EXPERIENCE:Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in a similar roleExperience with HP Quality Centre across a minimum of 3 projects, particularly in Unified Functional TestingDemonstrated experience and a proven track record in delivering test management services and solutions, utilizing industry-standard testing methodologiesProject Management certification is considered an asset. Experience in selecting, implementing, and managing testing tools is preferredPractical experience in delivering testing solutions and a strong capability to collaborate with other teams to fulfill business requirementsAbility to align testing methodologies and governance processes with the Project Management Office (PMO) and other IT functionsPrior experience in initiating and sustaining strategic relationships both internally and externally, employing strong influencing skills to achieve business objectivesCapability to provide coaching for the development of technical skills and competencies in othersSKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Proficiency in written and spoken communication in both English and ArabicAbility to deliver training sessions effectivelyCapacity to operate under tight timelines and meet strict deadlinesComprehension and practical experience with technology as a facilitatorProven ability to work efficiently within a diverse team environmentBenefitsWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Exciting projects and innovative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
