We work with blue-chip clients across diverse industries, emphasizing technology, quality, and innovation.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled SCADA Engineer (Contractual Role) to join our Engineering | SCADA department in Sharjah-Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and operate the SCADA system to ensure continuous and reliable system performance.Perform data validation of data on SCADA System (From field till Aveva Platform).Ability to schedule, plan and perform validation-verification tasks.Prepare checklist (site wise) and execute system verification of SCADA system.Monitor system alarms, events, and logs and respond promptly to abnormal conditions.Troubleshoot and resolve SCADA software, communication, and integration issues.Maintain system backups, restore procedures, and data integrity.Support configuration changes, system updates, and patch management.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and reports.Assist in system upgrades, testing, and commissioning activities when required.Ensure high system availability and minimal downtime for critical operations.Design, write, implement, test, and document SCADA and HMI logic/scripts.Develop and execute SCADA system validation/testing protocols.Install, test, and commission SCADA systems onsite.Hands-on experience with project documentation and MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Science.Minimum 5+ years of experience with AVEVA System Platform.Experience with Schneider M340 PLC will be an added advantage.Additional InformationDetail-oriented with a meticulous work ethic.Organized, efficient, and able to perform under pressure.Strong oral and written communication skills.Skilled at identifying errors and implementing corrective actions.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.#J-18808-Ljbffr
