AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.ResponsibilitiesThe ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight and program management in those accounts.Our team collaborates across the entire AWS organization to bring access to product and service teams to get the right solution delivered and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs.Long-term development of Global OrganizationsEngagement with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolioDevelopment of long-term Cloud StrategyIdentification & development of specific opportunities and business value propositionsDeal shaping including estimations and deal pricingContract negotiations & closingPlanning and implementation of a portfolio of projects including budget & deliverable responsibilitiesMitigation of delivery risks & issuesOverseeing delivery of projects and ensuring high quality deliveryActing as single point of contact for Customer executives developing deep trusted relationsEnvisioning for and inspiring customers and educating them on AWS servicesCoaching customer and partner teams to be self-sufficientLocation and travelThis is a customer facing role working with global clients. You will be required to travel to client locations when needed. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Dubai ARE.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExtensive experience of IT consulting/management with demonstrated IT Digital Transformation experience in customer-facing roles.Business consulting experience transforming customer operations through technology including cloud adoption, IoT, ML/AI and automation.Experience with account growth, sales quotas, project and program deliveries etc.Large company account executive experience, ideally in Oil & Gas and/or Utilities, in IT and business consulting including relationship management, growth targets, customer satisfaction, project portfolio management and contract negotiations.A proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT programsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with contract and statement of work development.Digital Transformation consulting background including managing sales solution development legal negotiation.Background in enterprise IT management frameworks (eg COBIT ITIL cyber).Broad enterprise systems technology experience including IaaS / virtualization technologies, cloud ML/AI, traditional and renewables, power generation, transmission, utility, retail, E&P refining/chemical/wells, process control and SCADA.Experience with enterprise application and infrastructures including design, build and operate global solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
