Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.About the mission we offer you:Location: Ruwais, UAEExperience: 10+ yearsNationality: Open (unless you want it UAE Nationals only)Employment Type: Full-time Site-basedKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily security operations across gates, patrols, checkpoints, and perimeter areas.Ensure strict compliance with ADNOC and company security protocols.Lead a team of security officers and oversee shift schedules and deployment.Monitor CCTV and security systems to detect and report abnormalities.Handle incident reporting, investigations, and escalation to management.Coordinate access control for staff, contractors, and visitors.Support emergency response, drills, and crisis management activities.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 10 years of security experience, including supervisory roles.Experience in oil & gas, industrial, or critical infrastructure preferred.Background in police, military, or certified industrial security advantageous.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Ability to manage emergencies and high‑pressure situations.Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site‑based schedule.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of security procedures and surveillance systems.Excellent judgment, situational awareness, and conflict resolution skills.Ability to lead diverse teams effectively.High integrity and professionalism.Starting Date: ASAPYour career with usWorking at Technip Energies is an inspiring journey, filled with groundbreaking projects and dynamic collaborations.
