Senior Account Director (Public Relations)

We are currently partnering with a leading communications agency in Dubai that is looking to appoint a Senior Account Director to lead a portfolio of high-profile corporate and government-related accounts.This role would suit a strategic communications professional with strong experience across corporate PR, particularly within sectors such as government entities, investment authorities, economic development, tourism, infrastructure or large-scale national initiatives.The Senior Account Director will act as a senior advisor to clients, leading strategy, overseeing campaign delivery and managing senior stakeholders across complex communications programmes.The RoleLead the strategic direction for a portfolio of corporate and government-focused clientsProvide senior communications counsel to C‑suite stakeholders and senior government representativesDevelop integrated corporate communications strategies including media relations, thought leadership and reputation managementOversee the development and execution of campaigns supporting investment initiatives, economic development, tourism and national projectsManage senior client relationships and act as the main point of contact for strategic guidanceLead and mentor Account Directors, Managers and Executives across multiple accountsEnsure high-quality delivery of communications programmes including media relations, executive profiling, announcements and issues managementSupport new business development, including strategic proposals and pitchesWork closely with integrated teams across digital, creative and public affairs to deliver fully integrated campaignsExperience Required10+ years experience within a PR or strategic communications agency environmentStrong experience across corporate communications and reputation managementProven work with government entities, sovereign funds, investment bodies, tourism boards or major infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of the UAE media landscape and stakeholder environmentExperience advising senior leadership teams and managing high‑profile communications programmesDemonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple complex accountsStrong commercial awareness with experience growing accounts and supporting new businessThe Ideal CandidateHighly strategic and commercially mindedComfortable operating at a senior client advisory levelStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop teamsExcellent storytelling and corporate narrative development skillsConfident working within a fast‑paced agency environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
