By offering the best and broadest portfolio of engineering simulation software, Ansys helps companies solve the most complex design challenges and engineer products limited only by imagination.Job Summary:Responsible for managing the full spectrum of accounting activities (A–Z), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. The role covers accounts, taxation, audit coordination, andfinancial control across multiple regional entities, in line with IFRS and UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities:Handle full-set accounting (A–Z) — AR, AP, GL, payroll, fixed assets, and reconciliation.Lead credit control and collections — monitor receivable ageing, follow up with customers, and ensure timely payments.Manage month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate journal entries, accruals, and provisions.Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, and supporting schedules).Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax laws; prepare and file returns and liaise with tax advisors.Coordinate external audits, prepare audit schedules, and finalize reports with auditors.Maintain strong internal controls, documentation, and audit trails for all transactions.Liaise with regional accounting teams, consultants, and management for group-level reporting alignment.Support budgeting, forecasting, and management analysis to aid decision-making.Identify and implement process improvements and system efficiencies to enhance reporting accuracy and timelines.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, CPA/CA qualification is an advantage.Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience in the UAE.Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (Zoho Books).Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multi-entity accounting operations.Accelerate your digital transformation with engineering simulation solutionsFounded in 1997, Fluid Codes is an Ansys Apex Channel Partner serving the needs of the engineering community in the Middle East & Africa.Get latest simulation and industry updatesCopyright 1997-2025.
