This role is pivotal in shaping next-generation AI systems that drive innovation and deliver measurable impact across complex domains.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Senior AI Engineer / Architect, you will spearhead the development of advanced AI solutions, including Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG/GraphRAG), and LLM-based multimodal chatbot systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform concepts into production-ready solutions, leveraging modern AI development practices and scalable infrastructure. This position offers the opportunity to influence strategic AI initiatives, work on high-impact projects in healthcare and other data-intensive sectors, and collaborate with global experts in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and deploy robust AI solutions leveraging Agentic AI, RAG/GraphRAG, and LLM-based multimodal chatbotsArchitect and manage AI/ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (preferably Azure) or on-prem environments using OpenShift and KubernetesImplement modern AI development workflows, including AI coding assistants, PR-based processes, and automated testingDevelop and integrate Knowledge Graphs (TigerGraph, Neo4j) and LLMs for complex biomedical data modelingApply Reinforcement Learning techniques to enhance intelligent systemsEnsure compliance with healthcare data standards (FHIR/HL7) and optimize GPU utilizationDrive model evaluation, A/B testing, and explainability using SHAP and LIMEOversee CI/CD pipelines for ML and automated testing frameworksRequired Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 6+ years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science with proven delivery of production-grade solutionsExpertise in deploying and scaling models on Kubernetes with high reliability and performanceStrong proficiency in Python and ML/DS libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow)Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, Microsoft Agentic Framework, MCP, A2A)Familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR/HL7)Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with Knowledge Graphs and graph databases (TigerGraph, Neo4j)Practical application of Reinforcement Learning in production environmentsFamiliarity with AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)Advanced understanding of multimodal AI systems and biomedical data modelingStrong grasp of automated testing frameworks (pytest, unittest, pydantic)Recruitment Pro Tip: Highlight your hands-on experience with deploying AI solutions at scale and your ability to integrate cutting-edge frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI into production environments.
