We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.What You'll DoAs a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role, you will work on long-tail projects focused on Implementation, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data, and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected in order to understand client requirements and to design / develop solutions.You will support implementation projects, working in conjunction with business leaders, through activities such as:Driving key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs, focusing on executing strategies in line with established goalsAnalytical structured thinking and problem-solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenariosSupporting the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles and performance management mechanismsManaging disciplined execution of program/project components, including initiative prioritization, business case development, roadmap and value realization trackingConducting analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, grounded in business and financial impactCommunicating with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident wayEnsuring high-quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectivenessDrive process enhancements and change execution, supporting change management efforts, embedding new ways of working and enabling capability uplift through upskilling during implementation or transformation context.You're Good AtHelping solve client problems while executing long tail implementation programsTranslating business strategies into practical actionsApplying business and financial acumen to assess trade-offs and support value creationMaintaining focus on execution discipline and outcomesWorking collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, in-person or virtuallyWorking in agile ways, adapting approaches based on evolving business needsCommunicating clearly and credibly with a diverse array of team, stakeholder, and client professionalsBringing a curious, flexible and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas.Navigating complexity and ambiguityWhat You'll Bring2+ years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation related field roles strongly preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 2+ years minimum industry experience required; 3-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferredProven experience in effectively translating strategy into actionBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Fluency in Arabic and EnglishStrong business and financial acumenStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholdersWho You'll Work WithAs a Client Focus Senior analyst, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants.
